We brought Cashel Palace’s Land to Table story to life across film, photography and social.
The Task
Cashel Palace wanted to bring guests closer to the food on their table and the people and places behind it. Across Tipperary’s Golden Vale, we met the farmers, growers and producers whose work shapes the menus at the hotel.We brought that story to life through film, photography and social content, creating a body of work that gives guests a deeper look at where their food comes from, and the people who make it possible.

A documentary following Stephen Hayes, Director of Culinary at Cashel Palace, through Tipperary's Golden Vale. We meet the producers behind the hotel's menus, including its Michelin-starred restaurant, The Bishop's Buttery. The film focuses on the relationships between chef and producer, and the ingredients used to produce the quality dishes in the Cashel Palace.

We took great pride in how relaxed and engaged the players were around our team. Our experience working with both professional and amateur players was a big help here, and it showed in how comfortable everyone was in front of the camera. We had an absolute ball bringing it all together.
